Open End Grip

Place the black metal handgrip with the opening facing towards you.

Insert the wrist strap through the opening with the Velcro on the top.

Place the handgrip in the palm of your hand with the opening nearest to your wrist.

Turn your hand upside down and place the silver metal loop on the inside of your wrist.

Take the opposite end and wrap it around the outer side of your wrist.

Turn your hand over and slide the end of the wrist strap through the silver metal buckle.

Wrap the end of the strap over the silver metal buckle and attach it to the Velcro. You are now ready to go! It will stay firmly in place on your exercise equipment.

During your workouts there is no need to remove the handgrip for exercises that don't require the device. Simply release your grip and let the handgrip fall to your wrist.

Closed end option

Place the black metal handgrip with the opening facing away from you and slide the wrist strap with the Velcro side up through the opening.

Place the handgrip in your hand with the opening touching your fingertips. Place the silver metal buckle on the inside of your wrist.

Bring the opposite side of the wrist strap under your wrist around the outside of your wrist and slide it through the silver metal buckle and attach it to the Velcro.

The closed end grip is a great option for power lifting.
